It must be ensured that the individual’s personal rights are protected through the handling of their personal data. Based on the right of the Catholic Church to regulate its own affairs, the Ordinance on Ecclesiastical Data Protection in the version dated May 8, 2012 is hereby enacted for the jurisdiction of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales in Germany.
